NPI brings together South Sudanese experience, local knowledge, and partnership to respond to the pressures of conflict, climate change, and socioeconomic vulnerability.
Who we are
A community-led South Sudanese organization
Nexus Partnership Initiative is an independent, neutral, non-governmental and nonprofit organization headquartered in Juba, Central Equatoria State. NPI was founded in 2020 by young women and men with humanitarian and development experience who shared a commitment to community-led solutions.
The organization is registered with South Sudan’s Relief and Rehabilitation Commission under Registration No. 6205. Its stated network and program reach spans Unity, Jonglei, Upper Nile, Eastern Equatoria, and Central Equatoria states.

Community mobilization
Training, dialogue, outreach, and engagement with youth, women, traditional leaders, and other stakeholders.

Promoting protection rights, gender equality, child safety, youth inclusion, peaceful coexistence, and accountability.
Service delivery
Developing accessible support across protection, psychosocial wellbeing, peacebuilding, livelihoods, legal awareness, and education.

Working with NGOs, civil society, media, government, and community structures to improve coordination and referral pathways.
